Our Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy and Procedure is intended to outline for you:

We do not collect personally identifying information, except with your specific knowledge and consent. We never sell or offer contact information about our customers to others. There’s no need to send us an “opt out” message to prevent your name from being sold or appearing on a mailing lists. Furthermore, our home page doesn’t use “cookies.” We may use information that is provided about you to fulfill your service request including: inform you of related services and goods, provide you with qualified professional service providers such as attorneys, accountants, etc, and provide you with service updates.

In some cases, such as if you e-mail a question or some feedback to us, we may request your name, e-mail address or other information so that we can, for example, e-mail you with a personal reply. We may see your information to meet your service request. During this process, we may share your information with lenders, affiliates and credit agencies to provide you with the application and service request.

Certain State and Federal regulations require that we store applications and service request. To follow these regulations, we may be required to maintain your information when necessary to meet those requirements.

Additionally, we may disclose your information if requested by a Court or to defend or assert our legal rights. Over time our Privacy Policy may be updated. In the event of a change in the Privacy Policy, the new policy will be forwarded to you by U.S. Mail, or if you elect by electronic communication.

Suggestions for your personal privacy

  1. Never give your personal information to someone who cold calls you over the telephone.
  2. Do not give out your social security number freely.
  3. Shred and dispose of credit cards that have expired.
  4. Destroy credit card receipts
  5. Order credit bureau credit reports once a year to check for fraudulent activity or other discrepancies.
  6. Do not provide your personal information over the internet unless t is a secure service provider.
  7. Keep track of when routine financial statements should arrive in the mail. Contact the issuing bank or company, if one doesn’t arrive.
  8. Review monthly statements to verify all charges.
  9. Never loan anyone your credit cards.
  10. If you do not recognize an invoice in an account or monthly statement, immediately contact the appropriate companies and change your access points.
  11. Request that all creditors contact you before they permit charges over a certain dollar amount or open any new accounts in your name
